The heavy-duty motor supports gates weighing up to 1400 lbs. and up to 60 ft. in length. Supports up to 100 Remotes, 2 included. For your safety, this model will stop and reverse if is encounters an obstruction on closing and stop when it encounters an obstruction on opening. 2 Remotes, Gear Racks, keypad, push button and photocell are included.
